酒蒸活蝦
材料:
活蝦16隻,枸杞1大匙,川芎10小片,當 歸1片.
醃料/調味:
酒1杯,鹽,味精少許.
製法:
1:蝦剪去鬚部,抽去腸泥,洗淨後,排入深盤中
2.加入調味料,及枸杞,川芎,當歸,入蒸籠中大火蒸7分鐘.
