Grilled Lemon Chicken






5 lbs. chicken thighs and/or drumsticks

Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Prepare the marinade several hours ahead or the night before.
Add the chicken pieces and marinate in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or
overnight.

Reserving the marinade for basting, grill the chicken pieces
over a medium-hot grill for about 15 minutes each side. Baste
occasionally. (Tip: You can partially precook the chicken in the
microwave before grilling, if desired.) Serves 10 to 14.
