Boar Kurma



材料:Ingredient


1300克山肉, 300g boar meat
2粒马鈴薯切块, 2 potatoes, sliced
31粒葱切片, 1 onion, sliced
4250毫升清水, 250ml water
52大匙麻油, 2tbsp sesame oil
61/2 茶匙盐, 1/2tsp salt
7kurma酱, 1 packet of kurma sauce


做法:


1.       热锅里倒入麻油,把片加入炒至香
     Heat up oil, add in onion.

2.      然后把加入翻炒5分钟,再加入马鈴薯。
     Add in boar meat, potatoes and stir for 5 minutes.

3.      再将kurma酱和盐加入翻炒。
     Add in kurma sauce and salt and stir.

4.      最后加清水,用小火慢慢焖30分钟即可。
     Add in water, use small heat cook for 30 minutes.










我用这包现料酱。
